1. Payment
Egoist Underwear accepts cash, credit cards (Visa, MC, Discover, AmEx), debit cards and Egoist Underwear Gift Cards. We are sorry, but we do not accept checks.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
Due to health regulations, all sales on underwear and swimwear are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.
All other products, except for jewelry, can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided the item has not been worn or washed and is in perfect condition. The item must have all original tags attached and you are required to have an original purchase receipt (if paid by a CC, a CC receipt is required). All returned items are subject to a thorough check by a Salesperson and may not be accepted if any of the above conditions are not met.
If you request a refund, we will process it using the original credit or debit card. If you paid with cash – we will give you cash back, provided we have enough cash in the register at the time of a return. If not, you will be sent a check within 5 business days.
All purchases of discounted prices items are final and cannot be returned.
"Buy One Get One.."
If a full priced item is a subject for a return or exchange and a discounted or free item is underwear, the full priced item can be exchanged for an item of the same or higher value or you may return it and pay the remaining value of the current retail price of the discounted or free item.
No returns on Gift Cards.
3. Gift Cards
Egoist Underwear offers $25 Gift Cards. Gift Cards may be applied towards any purchase of merchandise, except for Gift Cards, at Egoist Underwear store only. Gift Cards are not refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Card must be presented at the time of purchase. Any unused balance will remain in Recipient’s Gift Card account and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred. Lost, misplaced or stolen cards are not refundable or replaceable. Gift cards have no expiration date. Gift card has no value until activated by cashier at purchase.
