Product Availability 

All items available in our online store are in stock and will ship within 24hrs. No third parties are involved and no back orders.

We will ship to the shipping address provided by those platforms. Please, make sure it is correct.

• Credit Cards

All major credit cards are accepted.

• Card Installment Payments

Due to rising transaction costs on credit card installment payments - reaching up to 8% - we, as a small business, are no longer able to offer these payment options.

For international orders, we will not ship an order if billing and shipping addresses do not match.

Packaging

All items are packed and labeled discreetly. Your item will be shipped in a plain envelope or a box.

Our mailer envelopes are made of 100% post-consumer materials and are 100% recyclable. Our boxes are made of 100% recycled paper and are 100% recyclable. Please, remove any labels before you recycle.   

Promotions BOGO (Buy One Get One xx% off)

The purchase of two qualifying items makes you eligible for the discount during a BOGO promotion. If you decide to return the full price item and keep the discounted one, that product price minus the discounted amount of the lower priced item will be refunded (long story short: you pay full price for what you keep). 

Promotions Free Gift w/Purchase. 

If you decide to return items that qualified you for a free gift, the price of the gift as stated on the receipt will be deducted from the refund unless you return it in a perfect condition (unworn and in original packaging).

Order cancellations and rejected packages

All processed orders and packages refused or not picked up by the Buyer will incur a cancellation fee: 5%. This fee covers transaction costs (payment and refund fees). Any additional charges resulting from a rejected package, such as return shipping or import taxes billed to Egoist, will also be deducted from the refund. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 48 hours of Egoist receiving the returned package.
