All items available in our online store are in stock and will ship within 24hrs. No third parties are involved and no back orders. 

  • Payment

PayPal - Google Pay - Apple Pay

We will ship to the shipping address provided by those platforms. Please, make sure it is correct.

Credit Cards

All major credit cards are accepted.

For international orders, we will not ship an order if billing and shipping addresses do not match.

  • Packaging

All items are packed and labeled discreetly. Your item will be shipped in a plain envelope or a box.

Our envelopes are made of 50% post-consumer materials and are 100% recyclable. Please, remove any labels before you recycle.

  • Exchange & Return Online Orders

Exchange/returns of non-clearance items purchased online are accepted if postmarked within 14 days after delivery of your order. We offer free exchanges. All returns will incur a 10% handling fee.

All clearance items as well face coverings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges and returns are accepted on items in a brand new condition, that have not been worn or washed. All tags must be attached, and items must be in their original packaging. Always try your new underwear and swimwear over your underwear.

Please follow these 3 easy return steps:

  1. Receive an exchange/return authorization by emailing us at sj@egoistunderwear.com
  2. Put the items back in their original packaging; make sure all tags are attached.
  3. Upon receiving a return confirmation from us, please send the merchandise back to: Egoist, 3739 N Halsted St, Chicago IL 60613. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and proper packaging.

Promotions BOGO (Buy One Get One xx% off). The purchase of two qualifying items makes you eligible for the discount during a BOGO promotion. If you decide to return the full price item and keep the discounted one, that product price minus the discounted amount of the lower priced item will be refunded (long story short: you pay full price for what you keep). 

Promotions Free Gift w/ Purchase. If you decide to return items that qualified you for a free gift, the price of the gift as stated on the receipt will be deducted from the refund unless you return it in a perfect condition (unworn and in an original packaging).

A refund will be issued to the original form of payment. You will be notified via e-mail once exchange/return is processed (24-48hrs after receiving the return).

  • Rejected/ not picked up packages

All packages that the Buyer refused to accept will incur a 10% restocking fee and any shipping fees paid by Egoist will be deducted from the refund. Any additional costs associated with the rejected package (return shipping and/or  import taxes) billed to Egoist by shipping companies or authorities will be deducted from the refund as well. Refund will be processed within 48hrs of the receipt of the package to the original form of payment.
