Exchange & Return Online Orders
We offer free exchanges. All returns incur a 10% handling fee.
Exchange/returns of non-clearance items are accepted if postmarked within 14 days after delivery of your order. Always notify us by email about exchange/return at email@example.com.
If you'd like to exchange an item, just let us know by email what you'd like to exchange it for.
ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS AS WELL FACE COVERINGS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
Exchanges and returns are accepted on items in a brand new condition, that have not been worn, altered, or laundered. All tags must be attached and items must be in original packaging. Always try your new underwear and swimwear over your underwear. Don’t try your new items on while wearing perfume and deodorant. A refund will be issued (minus shipping fees if applicable) to the credit card used in the original transaction if all return/exchange guidelines are met.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and proper packaging. You will be notified via e-mail once exchange/return is processed.
Upon receiving a return confirmation from us, please send the merchandise back to: Egoist, 3739 N Halsted St, Chicago IL 60613.
Promotions BOGO (Buy One Get One xx% off). The purchase of two qualifying items makes you eligible for the discount during a BOGO promotion. If you decide to return the full price item and keep the discounted one, that product price minus the discounted amount of the lower priced item will be refunded (long story short: you pay full price for what you keep).
Promotions Free Gift w/ Purchase. If you decide to return items that qualified you for a free gift, the price of the gift as stated on the receipt will be deducted from the refund unless you return it in a perfect condition (unopened, unworn and in an original packaging).
