Returns Online Orders

Returns of non-clearance items purchased online are accepted if postmarked within 30 days after delivery of your order. 

All items marked as final sale, as well as products by Oxballs and HUJ, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns are accepted on items in a brand-new condition, that have not been worn or washed. All tags must be attached, and items must be in their original packaging. Always try your new underwear and swimwear over your underwear.

Please follow these 3 easy return steps:

1. Receive a return authorization by emailing us at sj@egoistunderwear.com. 
2. Put the items back in their original packaging; make sure all tags are attached.
3. Upon receiving a return confirmation from us, please send the merchandise back to Egoist, 3739 N Halsted St, Chicago IL 60613.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and proper packaging.

Any returns postmarked 30 days after the delivery of the order will be rejected.

A refund will be issued to the original form of payment. You will be notified via e-mail once the return is processed (24-48 hours after receiving the return).

Promotions BOGO (Buy One Get One xx% off)

The purchase of two qualifying items makes you eligible for the discount during a BOGO promotion. If you decide to return the full-price item and keep the discounted one, that product price minus the discounted amount of the lower-priced item will be refunded (long story short: you pay full price for what you keep). 

Promotions gift w/purchase

If you decide to return items that qualified you for a gift, the price of the gift as stated on the receipt will be deducted from the refund unless you return it in perfect condition (unopened, unused, and in original packaging).

Order cancellations and rejected packages

All processed orders and packages refused or not picked up by the Buyer will incur a cancellation fee: 5% for all payment methods (excluding Klarna) or 10% for Klarna payments. This fee covers transaction costs (payment and refund fees).

Any additional charges resulting from a rejected package, such as return shipping or import taxes billed to Egoist, will also be deducted from the refund. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 48 hours of Egoist receiving the returned package.
